Speaker notes excerpt

From slide 8, reproduced as delivered (shortened).

Timing: about 4 min

Teaching aid: The schematic is a generic outline, not a specific make or model. Markers show general areas to look at, not exact locations on any machine.

Key points

  • Look for fresh fluid leaks, loose or missing parts, damage, unusual wear and debris around the machine. [SOP §4; A2, A6]
  • Check that guards, the discharge deflector and protective covers appear present and intact. Do not operate if a required guard is missing. [SOP §4; A3]
  • This is a visual check from outside the machine. Don't reach under it or remove guards to look. [SOP §3, §5]

Facilitation prompt: "Walk me around the mower: where would you start, and which direction would you go?" Any consistent route is fine; the SOP doesn't prescribe one.

What the demonstration shows

  • Points on the slides are cited to their source section, such as [SOP §4; A3].
  • Gaps in the source are flagged for the trainee, not filled in: "Not yet defined by Pinecrest — ask your crew lead."
  • Diagrams and examples added during production are labeled as teaching aids.
  • The project fits within the standard package: 15 of up to 25 slides and about 55 of up to 60 minutes.

Source-Based

Your material is the foundation.

The standard package organizes and presents information you already have. It does not replace your subject-matter expertise; it makes that expertise easier to teach.

Illustrative stack of documents with tabs labeled Policies, Procedures, Guides, Reference, Forms, and Training.

Material that works well

  • Approved procedures and standard operating procedures
  • Policies, handbooks, and manuals
  • Existing slides, outlines, or training notes that need a professional rebuild
  • Reference documents and checklists

Source materials are requested only after preliminary qualification, by a method arranged with you at that stage. Please do not send documents with your initial inquiry.

Beyond the Standard Package

Larger and custom projects are quoted individually.

Larger, more complicated, research-intensive, and customized training projects are available at higher prices through an individual quotation.

Projects that typically require a quotation

  • More than 25 slides or more than 60 minutes of content
  • Multi-session courses or training programs
  • Highly technical or complex subject matter
  • Projects that require research beyond the material you provide
  • Customized design or additional deliverables

Let us know in your inquiry if your project may fall outside the standard package. Quotations are provided in writing after preliminary qualification.

Payment Terms

Payment in Full Before Production

Investment: $997. Payment in full is required before production begins.

Standard source-based package
Payment When Amount
Payment in full (100%) After project acceptance and customer agreement execution, before production begins $997.00
Total $997.00

How It Works

Six stages, from request to release.

  1. Initial project request

Submit a short inquiry describing your training topic, audience, and preferred timeframe. No documents are needed.

  2. Preliminary qualification

We review the request, ask any clarifying questions, and confirm whether it fits the standard package or needs an individual quotation.

  3. Authorized source-document review

Once the project is qualified, we arrange with you how your source materials will be shared, then review them to confirm scope.

  4. Customer agreement and payment

If your project is accepted, you receive a customer agreement and payment instructions. Production begins once the agreement is executed, payment has been received as the agreement requires, and we send a production-start notification.

Standard package: $997, paid in full before production begins

  5. Production and watermarked customer review

We produce your presentation and deliver watermarked files for review, with one consolidated revision round included.

  6. Final release

After completion of the approved review and revision process, the final, unwatermarked deliverables are released to you.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What should I include in my initial inquiry?

A short description of the training topic, the intended audience, the approximate length, and your preferred timeframe. Please do not attach or paste confidential documents, credentials, or payment information.

When do I send my source documents?

After preliminary qualification. Once we confirm the project is a good fit, we arrange with you how your materials will be shared.

What if my project is larger than the standard package?

Larger, more complicated, research-intensive, and customized projects are quoted individually. You receive a written quotation before any agreement or payment.

What does "one consolidated revision round" mean?

After you review the watermarked draft, you submit all of your requested changes together in a single, combined list. We make those revisions as one round.

Why are review files watermarked?

Watermarks identify review files as drafts that are not yet final. Final, unwatermarked deliverables are released after completion of the approved review and revision process.

Where are the full terms of the engagement?

Every project is governed by a written customer agreement provided at stage four, before any payment is requested.
